Double Acting Block Cylinders

Double-acting block cylinders can be used versatilely in all linear movements powered by hydraulic power. They can produce both pushing and pulling force, making them suitable for a wide range of applications. This feature allows exact calculation of stroke time and ensures safe performance with high repeatability.

Single Acting Block Cylinders with or without Spring Return

Single-acting block cylinders are used in hydraulic linear movements that do not require a pulling force or where the piston is pulled back by an external force. These cylinders can operate with or without spring return. When pressure is applied, the piston extends; In models with spring return, the piston is retracted by spring force after pressure relief. The spring must overcome friction forces and transfer hydraulic oil back to the tank. In models without spring return, the piston is retracted by an external force after pressure relief. Such cylinders have the same stroke length as double-acting cylinders of the same length.

If there is a risk of cutting lubricants and coolants entering the cylinder, a breather hose should be connected to the central metal air filter and placed in a safe location.
